​Snapshare Prints Guarantee
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If unhappy with the quality of your order, contact us by email within 14 calendar days after placing an order & we will reprint free of charge, unless poor image quality results from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. Snapshare prints is not responsible for poor image quality resulting from inadequate resolution or improper exposure. Please know that digital files do not have a wide latitude for adjustment. In addition, please preview your images to ensure that all customizable features are to your liking before placing an order. These features include spelling, grammar, orientation/cropping of images & other services such as product sizes & finish options.
Image Color Correction
We review every photo & order that you submit to us. Color correction may be performed if necessary to match our printers & equipment to produce the best quality image, & the process does have an element of human interpretation. The human element exact color match from order to order cannot be guaranteed. Once determined that an order is ready for processing, images are sent directly to the printer.
How to process a remake?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the date purchased at snapshareprints@gmail.com.
You will need to include the following:

The receipt of purchase

Return of the product(s) by mail

A detailed description of the issue
DO NOT replace the order through the website. Remakes are handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the remake will be processed & shipped out immediately.

Lost Order
If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time for the shipping method chosen, please contact customer service at snapshareprints@gmail.com to arrange a reprint. For Standard shipping, 15 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost.” “Lost” order remakes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
